"iCloud for Windows has not fully initialized"- Error while login to iCloud application.

While login to iCloud windows app, I am getting the error "iCloud for windows has not fully initialized"

iCloud for Windows error Ever since the recent update for iCloud for Windows on the 8th of February I get the following message when ever iCloud starts. I've tried the download link shown but this is only for "N" versions of Windows 11 which I am not using. I've checked and Windows Media Player and all of the other components from the "Media Features Pack for N versions of Windows" are installed and active. Does any else have this issue or know a solution? Thanks.

iCloud for Windows Version 15.3.138.0 Problems iCloud for Windows 15.3.138.0 seems to have the following problems on both Windows 10 and Windows 11: Application gets stuck at logging in. Log in window just spins. You can get past this by logging into iCloud on a web browser then going back to the app. Once logged into iCloud, iCloud photos and iCloud drive never sync. They just sit there saying "initializing". When you click on the "Account Details" button, the "Your Devices" section doesn't load with the list of devices linked to your Apple Account. It shows an error message that the list of devices could not be loaded. These errors occur for me on two different devices... one running Windows 10 and the other running Windows 11. I installed iCloud for Windows version 15.2.157 and everything worked properly. What's going on with iCloud for Windows version 15.3.138.0?

Same thing here on Dell Laptop and Windows 10.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled iCloud today but same error.

Edition Windows 10 Pro

Version 22H2

OS build 19045.2965

Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.19041.1000.0
