Transferring Items w/o Power::

Sync through iCloud:

If iCloud items are enabled then you can just sync with it. As an example...

Is Photos enabled in iCloud Settings on this iPhone giving you the issue? If so, enable Photos in iCloud on your other Apple devices, and see if the data shows up. If your iPhone has items synced with iCloud on them, then they should pop right up.

  • Enabling iCloud Photos on an iPhone:
  1. Go to: Settings
  2. Tap: Your Name (Top Item)
  3. Tap: iCloud
  4. Tap: Photos (so that it is green)

  • Enabling Photos on Mac:
  1. Go to: System Preferences
  2. Click: Apple ID (on top-right)
  3. Select: Photos (by giving it a check mark)

Troubleshooting iPhone Charge:

Visit the following links for tips on troubleshooting this...

I. Try what is on this Link: If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won't Turn on or is Frozen - Apple Support

II. View the Battery Health:

Apple recommends you get a new battery, once the Battery Health reaches 80% or lower. When the Battery Health is 80% or lower, it is time for a new battery.

  1. Go To: Settings

  3. Tap: Battery Health
  4. View: [the percentage]
  5. Is it 80% or less?  If so, it is time for a new battery.
