Unable to export Final Cut Pro project

I'm trying to export a FCPX project and keep on getting the following error message.

The error message is "Error: RequestCVPixelBufferForFrame returned: 3 for absolute frame: 27397"

I've tried rebooting and exporting different formats. Everything was rendered prior to exporting. I've been using the software for years and have never had this issue.

Use the General FCP settings to change to display view. Go to the specified frame number and replace or cut the shot at point which seems to be corrupt.
