Rain forecasts on iOS Weather app are wack

This started around the time of all the loading/connectivity issues with iOS Weather. My phone's Weather app gives totally inaccurate rain forecasts for all locations, even as the temperature ranges align with reality (and other weather sources). For example, it shows decent chances of rain for 6 of the next 10 days here at home, whereas the actual forecast is for virtually no rain. I've seen this in other locations as well -- in general, it forecasts significantly more rain than reality across the board. And it's not specific to my phone -- iPad shows the same info. And I've tried multiple other weather apps, all of which show accurate forecasts.

Is this a known issue? To say I'm missing Dark Sky is an understatement...
