My iPhone was stolen a month ago find my was off while it was stolen. I changed my Apple ID and password. If some one restore my iPhone so that phone can be activated with other ID or that iphone will need the ID and password that I already changed

Don'ts

You cannot change the Apple ID, you can only change the Apple ID Password.
