The random screen saver does not include my own screen savers

After upgrading to macOS Ventura, I discovered that the random screen saver only selects the ones that reside in /System/Library/Screen Savers.

I tried to reinstall my own screen savers, but they arrive in /Library/Screen Savers... so... a different folder.

I tried to copy them to the first mentioned folder, but the system won't let me do that; even with Administrator authorization.

Do you know a solution or workaround?
