iTunes Store doesn't give me an option to purchase a song

Itunes store doesn't give me an option to purchase a song. The drop down menu includes gift to a friend, put on wish list and other choices but no "buy" option.???

You have to click on the Price (the price will be deactivated), then you will be asked if you really want to buy.

If you do not click on the Price (the price will not be deactivated) you will indeed get the options as you mentioned.
