why does my iphone suddenly lower the volume

Same problem 15 Promax attention awareness off headphones safety off restarted it 4 times what is going on here? Wired headphones. Been going on for months I need this fixed.

In oder to change the audio limit or turn of this feature, follow the steps below:

1. Open Settings
2. Open Sounds & Haptics
3. Click on Headphone Safety
4. To turn off this feature, toggle the "Reduce Loud Sounds" off.
5. To change the audio limit, use the slider below to adjust.
