Did not receive two factor verification code
When tried to add Apple TV channel to Roku, and after entering Apple ID, a pop up notified of use of ID, and tv screen asked for two factor verification code that had been sent to “one of my devices.” No code was received on any device. My mobile number and email address are shown in Settings. So I could not add the channel, but more importantly, why was no code received?
