Looks like no one’s replied in a while. To start the conversation again, simply ask a new question.

Touchscreen has two 1 cm areas that have stopped working.

I have recently started having problems with my iPad Pro 11 1st edition touchscreen has stopped working, its 2 thin strips of about 1cm along the middle of the screen.


Holding the iPad in the horizontal orientation, it runs down from top to bottom just to the left hand side of centre.


Reset several times with no change.


Will a replacement screen fix this issue or is internal hardware issue.

You would be best advised to visit the Genius Bar at your local Apple Store or Apple Authorised Service Provider (AASP) - where the technicians will be able to test and assess your iPad - and you can explore your available options based upon test results:
