How do I stop getting 2 versions of all my photos when downloading onto a PC?
When I import my photos from my iPhone 13 Pro it creates 2 versions one with an E in the image number, how do I stop it doing this please?

Have you checked the File extension?
You can share the original unedited ProRAW photo, which has the . dngfile extension.
Thank you for your reply, that is what I've followed to import the photos but each photo has 2 versions one titled for example IMG_2188 and one smaller one entitled IMG_E2188??
They are both jpeg files?
