Hello Ares11,

You can change Face ID and your Passcode within the Settings app.

Open Settings
Scroll down and tap on Face ID & Passcode

After authenticating with Face ID or your passcode you will be able to change all the settings related to these two items. Including removing or updating Face ID and Passcode.
