Whenever sending money, the money within the Apple Cash Card will be used first. My bet is you had 0.84 within the Apple Cash Card, which is why only a charge for $99.16 was posted on your debit card / bank account.

After I upgraded to ios 17 this no longer works. If I make a payment, the money in Apple Cash stays there. The only option I can see is after I pay with my default card, then I can go to Apple Cash and select Transfer To Bank. I wish it still worked the way you discribed.

Who is they? What do you use for a payment method?

I sent $100 on Apple Pay yesterday and $99.15 is pending in my bank account
