I have downloaded the Roku Mobile app but it cannot find my device. I get a message that there is no devices on the network.
I have an Iphone 14. My Husbands ipone 14 Pro connects just fine. I have mirrored every setting he has on his iphone and we have tried all of the trouble shooting suggestings from Roku.
The issue seems to be with my iphone 14.
I ran into a similar problem because my VPN was active. You might want to check if yours is on too. Also, is your phone's iOS up to date?
You could try using mirroring apps from the App Store. They let you share your screen with any TV, including Fire TV. I've used Docast, Replica, and TV Mirror, and they all worked pretty good. You can even play games on your TV through them)

Thank you for your help. I was able to find a place where I could chat with Roku and after a few steps, they asked me to do that didn't work, the told me it was an issue on their end and their back office would be working on the issue and they would let me know when complete. I hope they follow through on that. Thank you again.
