How can I download the Netflix app to my phone when I try? It says I’m not using the right information. I’ve never had it here on my phone before.

If it was on your TV and you were paying Netflix directly (i.e., not subscribing through Apple), you can download the app from the App Store on your iPhone and then sign into it using the same username and password that you used to sign in on your TV.
