Default Web Browser:

If you mean "Web Browser" and not "Search Engine", then you must have changed it as you default search engine, perhaps upon an install or update of the Web browser. See here: Change the Default Web Browser or eMail App on Mac - Apple Support

Bing, Google Yahoo, DuckDuckGo are Search engines:

Safari, FireFox, Chrome are Web Browsers.
