How do I add carrier billing
I’m trying to enable carrier billing for in app purchases but I only see the option to add a card or PayPal. How can I enable carrier billing?

Seems Apple only accepts carrier billing in some countries or regions.
You can check the payment methods that Apple can accept in your country or region:
