I use Face ID to unlock my capital one app. This always works and I never have to enter my password. When I try to log into capital one using another app (nerd wallet), my password is not suggested. When I search my saved passwords, it is not in there. I saw a similar question from 2020 saying I need to turn on iCloud passwords and keychain. I checked and I have this turned on already. How do I find the saved password?

It’s not necessarily stored in your keychain. many apps, especially banking apps, handle that internally.
If you can’t remember your password, contact your bank to reset it.

As for the password, look in Keychain on your Mac. If it is not set up, as of yet, then set it up. Then, look at the contents for this password:
