iPhone 11 is compatible with Qi chargers, but not with MagSafe.

MagSafe is supported on iPhone 12 and later.

Per Apple, MagSafe will work with Qi compatible iPhone models such as iPhone 11, but “When charging a non-MagSafe Qi-compatible device with a MagSafe Charger, power is reduced and charge times may be slower than on a typical Qi charger.”
