Lost app

Somehow my Notes app wasn’t on my phone and that is where i put all my passwords for everything. Any chance of getting it back?

Try this:

Use App Library to search the Notes app you are looking for, see -> Organize the Home Screen and App Library on your iPhone -> Organize the Home Screen and App Library on your iPhone - Apple Support

If you have find the Notes app, tap & hold on the app, then drag to the Home screen & drop it.
