I don’t see My Photo Stream under My Albums. Where else would it be?

Then you probably aren’t using it or you never had the option to use it. Go to Setting>Photos. Do you see the My Photo Stream option? If not, you don’t have it. If you have the option but it’s not enabled, you aren’t using it and you are fine.
