How can I update my iPhone 6 to iOS 15.0

The tags appended to your post suggest that you have an iPhone 6. The iPhone 6 can only be updated to iOS 12.5.7. An iPhone 7 can be updated to iOS 15.7.7, but does not support iOS 16.x.

Whether or not you are able to update any iPhone to a newer version of iOS will be dictated by the iPhone model - and the currently installed version of iOS. You can find this information here:

You should note that for your iPhone to install an available update, its battery must be charged to at least 50% capacity - and/or be connected to its Power Adapter.

You already have the answer.

iOS 12.5.7 was the last update for the iPhone 6. If you have an iPhone 6, it cannot be updated any further.

TikTok, Snapchat, etc have abandoned you.

You won't be able tot run these apps until you buy a phone that can handle iOS 15. That would be an iPhone 6s, iPhone 6s Plus, iPhone 7 or iPhone 7 Plus.

But, as long as you are looking for another phone, it would really make sense to buy one that can run iOS 17 (and iOS 18). That would be an iPhone XR or higher model.
