Remove lines & grids in notes

How can I remove lines & grids in notes? Is there a way notes can open with a plain clear page with an option to add lines & grids when required?

Hello geneva146,

Open Settings
Scroll down and tap on Notes
Scroll down and tap on Lines & Grids
Select the first option which should be blank. Or select whatever option you'd prefer!
