iOS 16.5.1, iphone 14, not receiving OTP for multiple services like Okta, bank, eBay, etc via SMS since 6pm yesterday. Have reset network settings, updated carrier, turned off-on Airplane mode, restarted phone, etc. Any ideas?

Resolved - I had to get in touch with AT&T (my carrier) to look into it. They said they had to re-enable the "short codes" on my device from their side to resolve.

I too am locked out of any site that sends me a passcode after this supposedly emergency security update.
this is a BIG PROBLEM
