I've made a PowerPoint pptx on my iMac 13.4.1 and saved it to a flash drive. What is needed to show it on a PC?

Just a followup, you could email the PowerPoint presentation to the owner of the PC. Or, store the presentation onto a clound service such as iCloud, GoogleDocs, OneDrive, etc. that the PC has access to.

Depends on the format of the flash drive. Windows can not read a Mac formatted drive. If the flash drive is formatted ExFat just plug the drive into the PC.
And you will need Microsoft Powerpoint on the Windows PC.
