Received message from bank of charge on Apple pay on a card not verified on my Apple account. Must talk with some one
Did you call the number on the back of credit card/debit card used? This could possibly be a SCAM. Why wouldn’t your transaction show on you account? Neither Apple or the merchant can approve a transaction.
Got a refund for all unauthorized purchases. Good experience with Apple. Fine tuned some settings I had not previously considered. Transactions only showed at bank. Have no idea why I didn’t get alert from Apple as I have in the past. They didn’t answer that question.
Just to help other community members, what number did you call? The number on the back of the card? I don’t need specifics as to the exact number. Thank you!
Did everything. Apple support was very good. Cancelled card used for Apple purchase. Just wonder who wanted to purchase $108.40x10 worth of merchandise.
