Hello, I am currently in the process of organizing my photos in albums. However, even though I organized my photos, still in the Recents folder I can see everything, is there a way to only show in Recents the photos that are not in any albums?

No, Recents will always show all photos, as will library.
But, you can create a smart album in photos to find any image not in an album
File > New Smart Album
set the condition to Album is not Any
