Hello Apples-2003,

I understand you want to switch back to a single page view,

  1. Open Pages
  2. Open a document
  3. Tap on More (three dots in the tool bar)
  4. Tap View Options
  5. Toggle off Two Page View
    • There really is no toggle, but it should show a checkmark here! Tap it to unselect it.

On macOS, you'd click the Zoom option to toggle this on / off.

I hope this helps!
