Estimate price for repair

I want to put the model of my phone which is iPhone 12pro max to estimate the price of service but the case where I have to choose the model it allowed me to choose only iPhone 14

Apple is not helping customer I bought a new iPhone 14 pro max 3 months ago. Front Phone camera is not working and Apple Store is saying that Apple will repair the phone. I am asking Apple to replace the phone with a new phone because I don’t want to accept the repaired phone. Use this link→Apple - Support - Service Answer Center. The device list is a dropdown where you can choose your model.

Select the iPhone 12

Then select the type of repair that you need
