I have my ipad connected to my iphone and I was wondering if i sign out of my ipad to make another apple id, will it also sign out of my iphone?
it happened before but it was vise versa (signed out of my iphone and then it signed out my ipad)
im asking this because i dont know if it only works for phones or?

No. Signing out of one device has no effect on any other device. Signing out effectively disconnects the devices from each other.

Signing out of a device works on all devices. It will not sign you out of other devices automatically however. It will just sign you out of the device you are signing out on.

Signing out of a device works on all devices. It will not sign you out of other devices automatically however. It will just sign you out of the device you are signing out on.
The only way I can think of doing that would be if you edited your devices list where you were signed in. That would sign you out remotely.
Check your Apple ID device list to find where you're signed in - Apple Support
- Special section at the end on how to "Permanently remove a device from your account page"
No, but it definitely was not because you signed out of one device.
Are you sure it signed you out? Since you have not really explained what happened last time it's hard to say what may have caused whatever actually happened.
do you know what may have happened for the second statement you replied to?
yes im very sure it signed out of my ipad last time i did it
Im not sure if i disconnected it for that to happen or
same id with two other devices
