Why is my App Store telling me that I don’t have an apple and iTunes account anymore

I doubt its telling you that.


What exactly is the message?


Is it saying your account is "disabled" in the App Store & iTunes?

If so, that does not mean you don't have an account it just means it's disabled. Not the same thing.


If that is the message then click here ➜ If a message says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes' - Apple Support


Then click on the blue "contact Apple Support" link in that support document.
