When I'm watching a video with my AirPods, if I fast forward or pause the video 3-5 times, they disconnect and reconnect repeatedly, entering into a loop where they keep disconnecting. Sometimes I have to manually reconnect them. The Apple Service couldn't resolve the issue, and they suggested resetting them and leaving them charging together for two hours, but it didn't work.
