my iphone is stuck with a screen with the charging cable pointing with an arrow to a computer, and won't come out of it

my iphone xr is stuck on a screen showing the charging cable pointing to a computer screen and wont come out of that screen...... I tried the quick 3 button thing, but it doesnt help
