I can't delete really old photos from my iPhone. I am out of storage and need to delete the photos but it won't let me. I have also removed the photos from Photos on my Macbook so I am not sure why they would still be showing.

Thanks for reaching out in Apple Support Communities. By chance, did you add the photos to your iPhone using a computer? If so, you will not be able to delete them in the Photos app., on your device. Also, if the Trash button is gray, you might need to stop syncing photos from your computer. Click here for details on how to stop syncing your photos: Sync your photos manually using the Finder
