iPhone 13 wallpaper are not present
I upgraded from iPhone 11 to iPhone 13 Pro Max but as I want to change wallpaper, the wallpapers that come with iPhone 13 are not there only from iPhone 11 are there

Where did you buy this device from? Purchase Apple Products from the Apple Online Store, Apple Retail Stores, and many Apple-authorized resellers and wireless service providers.
If your device is not Jailbroken then the situation that you are in is not possible.
Add a new wallpaper for your Lock Screen or Home Screen
- In the Settings app, tap Wallpaper.
- Tap Add New Wallpaper.
- Tap Photos, People, or Photo Shuffle to choose your own photo. ...
- If you want, you can customize your wallpaper further.
