View Notes folders using Files app

Is it possible to view Notes folders using the Files app? I’ve been trying to learn the Files app but when I attempt to use its browse function I don’t see anything. I thought I’d try to view Notes folders given their hierarchical design but I see nothing. I’ve tried Google but there’s hardly anything that addresses my issue. Same thing with the user guide. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

No.

Have you saved any files to iCloud Drive or locally to your iPad? ...If so, they should appear in the Files app.

Try searching Apple's Knowledge Base.
