iPhone XR stuck Do Not Disturb with Focus

I followed all usual methods to make sure iPhone can ring... but still not ringing. I do not have the option to turn off "Do Not Disturb" within Focus in the Settings.

Turn off all focus (DND, Driving, Work, Sleep, Personal, Any other). Open the Control center and see if this helps.
