My phone was not in use for long now I want to use again but it asks my icloud mail which I forgot..

I think you're referring to Activation Lock.
If you forgot your Apple ID or password, you can try resetting them.
Apple ID: If you forgot your Apple ID email address or phone number
Password: If you forgot your Apple ID password
If you have proof of purchase documentation, you can submit an Activation Lock support ticket.
