Macbook Air M1 not shutting down.

I am trying to shutdown my MacBook, however it restarts after few secs instead of shutting down. Facing this issues after updating OS to 13.4 and continues after updating to 13.5

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 13.5

Press the power button and hold it until the screen goes totally black ... about 10 seconds.
