Need to Cancel 1 Year Subscription

Hello Team.

In need of urgent help in order to remove an active one-year subscription that I purchased. Which I cancelled but will expire in 2024, therefore I can't change my area on my iPhone and it's causing so many difficulties.

I'm in the UK and need to change my region to the UK since my apps are about to expire and I can't update.

How can this be done?

Need urgent help!
