Apple TV cannot log into icolod apple tv

My Apple TV suddenly won’t let me sign in to iCloud. I’ve reset, turned on and off, restored, signed out and tried signing in again and it still shows iCloud isn’t set up for this Apple ID. All my details are correct. Help! July 2023

Hello Ciara1984,


We would ensure that the device meets iCloud requirements: System requirements for iCloud


If you've recently changed your password, make sure you've taken these steps: What to do after you change your Apple ID or password


You can also confirm your sign in details by signing in to the iCloud website here: iCloud


If you don't have any issues signing in to the iCloud website but continue to receive this Apple TV error, then it may be best to contact Apple Support: Get Support They'd need to take it from here.

Hi, thank you for your reply, yes I have 2FA set up and I recieve the 6!digit code each time I try to log in to iCloud but then it tells me that iCloud is not available for this Apple ID. I can log in to iTunes and watch Apple TV etc but I can’t get my shared album via iCloud for the screen saver as iCloud is not a ailable anymore. It was working perfectly last week and I have changed nothing, so I am a little confused about why it suddenly stopped working with no involvement on my part.
