Don’t know how this started

I have an IPhone 8+ and can not figure out how to stop my phone from typing everything I say! For texts etc.

Does anyone know how to turn this off?

Looks like Voice Control is On.

Go to -> Settings -> Accessibility -> Speak Auto-Text -> Off.
