Calls on silent mode

Is there a way to put your phone on silent mode but still get calls with the sound and not just a vibration?

iPhone XR, iOS 16

Swipe the top right of your device and click on focus. Then click the plus sign that says “new focus”. Next, chose custom and create the focus name and picture. Then click customize focus, and finally chose people you want to be able to text, then once you click next, you may select calls you can receive.
