Strange website

Hello!

I’ve been using a movie website after one click got teleported to a very strange website. It said that it’s phone cleaning app for faster phone charging and working, all I had to do is to download a file, of course I didn’t and tried to press back button to go back, but couldn’t it kept saying thanks for downloading the app. I’m very scared, am I getting hacked? ( there was a “lock” icon with Google link as a safe website, but I’m not sure if it was really safe)
