i am seeing virtually no activity being tracked on my apple watch. this is a recent thing. activity tracking has always worked fine

my apple watch has not been tracking any of my calories I can still track workouts but they don't have an average heart rate or calories burned. I have made sure that low power mode is off and I have restarted my Applewatch let me know if you find a fix.
Try and restart the watch and its paired iPhone to see if the issue is persisting
I worked with apple support and got this resolved. I have to unpair my watch, re-pair it as a new device, and when i got it back up and running tracking started properly.
