its asking for a password

OK… so ask the owner of the WiFi network you’re trying to connect to what the password is.

If this is your home wi-Fi provided by Charter / Spectrum, then look on the side of your router, routers provided by your ISP normally have a sticker on the side, or back with the wi-fi name and password required.

Then they are not the correct numbers.

You can try to get the password for it from the Spectrum website, when logged into your Spectrum account under Services ➜ Internet.

Or using the Spectrum App, under Services ➜View & Edit Network Info.

Then contact your internet provider.

Only one should say "password:" next to it.
