iPhone 11. No voicemail options

My IPhone 11 voicemail worked for 2 years. Now when calls should go to voicemail a reply says, “call can not be completed as dialed.” I went through resetting network settings with no change. I reset the entire phone and still the same problem. My phone number is not forwarded. What now???

Voicemail is a cellular carrier feature. Seek their assistance.

iPhone 14 pro max calls going to voicemail I don’t know if anyone had this issue.
