Hi, I am working with an Apple MacBook M1 (2020) with an external monitor Apple Cinema Display 23" Everything looks amazingly clear on ACD 23 but the icons on the dock are not sharp. On the other hand, apps, text, etc... looks crisp and clear. I think it has to be related with non-retina display monitor configuration, but I don't know where to start. Any ideas? I forgot to mention this is under Verona OS.

Ok, I was trying to use the safe mode but it didn't work. I tried to swap my ACD 23 as a main display and the Macbook Air as extended and then everything is sharp. I can't believe after calibrating the monitor with Calibrite Profiler how stunning this monitor is! Thank you for your help.

They should be amazingly sharp on your Apple Cinema Display. Please determine if they change that appearance after restarting your Mac in "Safe Mode": Use safe mode on your Mac - Apple Support. Then, restart normally.
If they remain blurry after restarting normally, reinstalling macOS is justified: Reinstall macOS - Apple Support
Can't fully answer unless we can actually see what your asking about.
