okay so ive been able to make calls to other people but they can’t call me. like they don’t go through at all. does anyone know how to fix this problem?

Yes you report the issue to your phone carrier that is their feature.
i tried. they did literally everything. we disabled call forwarding, re-something-ed the esim, troubleshooting, deleting and redownloading the esim, airplane mode, dnd, powering on and off, turning everything off and back on (esim, data) like everything 😂 and none of it worked.
