My iphone have an error to my cellular data and asked me to update
my phone wheras it is up to date according to 5s series las update is compelete and there is no more update for iphone 5s, how can i use my cellular like before?

It might be prompting you for a cellular update to install. So, go here for that. Update your carrier settings manually on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support
